pin in the inner upper thigh and groin.

I have constant achiness in my inner thigh and groin. Its like the muscle at the top of the thigh where you sit. I do stretch all the time and nothing is helping.

Can you suggest any thing for me to do? I do yoga nad stretch and they still ache. I am also on my feet a lot at work.
